A binding contract between you and the Company is formed only when the Company sends you a shipping confirmation email. Only the items listed in the shipping confirmation email are subject to the contractual agreement.
The Company reserves the right to decline or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
a) The ordered item is out of stock, discontinued, fails to meet our quality standards, or is subject to shipping restrictions;
b) The Company identifies an error in the product price or description;

Delivery and Pickup
When placing an order, you will receive an estimated delivery timeframe. Our team will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated period, but delivery timelines are not guaranteed.
All orders are insured by the Company during transit until delivery or order pickup. You will be required to sign a delivery receipt upon pickup; upon signing, you assume responsibility for the goods.
If the individual picking up the order is not the original purchaser (e.g., a gift recipient), the signature of such person shall constitute valid proof of delivery, confirming the Company’s fulfillment of the order and the transfer of liability. The Company reserves the right to update its delivery policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Returns
The Company is committed to delivering an exceptional online shopping experience and offers a no-reason return policy. You may return any item for a full refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason, subject to the following conditions:
a) Returns must be submitted within 7 days of purchase/delivery;
b) Returned items must remain in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with original packaging, boxes/bags, and swing tags intact.
To initiate a return, please complete the return form included with your order and return it with the item. If the return form is lost, contact customer service to receive a digital copy via email.
