Intellectual Property Compliance & Complaint Procedure
We uphold the principle of respecting the intellectual property rights of others as strictly as we expect others to respect our own. If you believe that any content on Tauaiss or platforms linked to Tauaiss infringes upon your copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights, please submit a formal infringement complaint to our designated Intellectual Property Complaints email: service@mail.quorvane.com.
Your complaint must include the following information:
- The physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed intellectual property right.
- Detailed identification of the infringed intellectual property, including the corresponding registration number and jurisdiction/Country of Registration (where applicable).
- Detailed identification of the allegedly infringing material, including its specific location(s) on the website or application, with sufficient information to enable Tauaiss to locate the material promptly.
- For design right infringement claims: a clear specification of the allegedly infringing design, together with the relevant registration number.
- For utility model infringement claims: a clear specification of the utility model alleged to be infringed, plus supporting court orders or judgments substantiating your claim.
- Your full company name, affiliated entity (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and valid email address.
- A sworn statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the operation of law.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information in your complaint is accurate and correct, that you are the intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf, and that you accept liability for any perjury consequences arising from false statements.
Upon receipt of a complete and compliant infringement notice, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Disable all hyperlinks directing to such material;
- Notify the alleged infringer of the removal or access restriction;
- Terminate access to and use of Tauaiss services for any repeat infringers of Tauaiss’s or third parties’ intellectual property rights;
- Take such other measures as set forth in our applicable Terms of Use or policies.
